I work across software engineering, applied AI, data and GTM engineering.
My role is often to understand how a business process works, identify where technology can create meaningful leverage and build the system that makes it happen.
This can involve an AI application, an internal platform, a data pipeline, a CRM integration or an automated revenue workflow. The technology changes according to the problem. The objective remains the same: create something useful, reliable and measurable.
Ich arbeite an der Schnittstelle von Softwareentwicklung, angewandter KI, Daten und GTM Engineering.
Häufig besteht meine Aufgabe darin, einen Geschäftsprozess zu verstehen, den sinnvollsten technologischen Hebel zu identifizieren und das dafür notwendige System zu entwickeln.
Das kann eine KI-Anwendung, eine interne Plattform, eine Datenpipeline, eine CRM-Integration oder ein automatisierter Revenue Workflow sein. Die Technologie richtet sich nach dem Problem. Das Ziel bleibt gleich: eine nützliche, zuverlässige und messbare Lösung zu schaffen.

A technically correct solution can still fail when it does not fit the workflow, connect with existing tools, produce reliable data or help people make better decisions.
My work combines technical implementation with product thinking and operational context. I look at the complete process, from the original business problem to the software used in production.
Es bedeutet auch, das System rund um die Software zu verstehen.
Eine technisch korrekte Lösung kann trotzdem scheitern, wenn sie nicht zum Arbeitsablauf passt, nicht mit bestehenden Werkzeugen verbunden ist, keine zuverlässigen Daten liefert oder Menschen nicht dabei unterstützt, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Meine Arbeit verbindet technische Umsetzung mit Produktdenken und operativem Verständnis. Ich betrachte den gesamten Prozess, vom ursprünglichen Geschäftsproblem bis zur produktiv eingesetzten Software.

I design and build applications, APIs, integrations and internal platforms using Python, TypeScript and modern web technologies.
I work across backend, frontend, databases and cloud infrastructure, depending on what the system requires.
I build AI capabilities around real use cases, including LLM applications, RAG, structured data extraction, semantic search, workflow automation and machine-learning systems.
My focus is not adding AI for presentation. It is using AI where it can improve speed, quality, decision-making or access to information.
I connect commercial strategy with technical execution.
This includes CRM architecture, lifecycle automation, lead and customer workflows, data synchronization, attribution, analytics and integrations between sales, marketing, customer success and product systems.
GTM Engineering allows revenue teams to operate with better data, fewer manual steps and more consistent processes.
I build pipelines and workflows that move information between systems, transform raw data into operational context and trigger actions at the right moment.
The goal is to reduce fragmentation and make business processes easier to understand, operate and improve.
Ich konzipiere und entwickle Anwendungen, APIs, Integrationen und interne Plattformen mit Python, TypeScript und modernen Webtechnologien.
Je nach Anforderungen des Systems arbeite ich an Backend, Frontend, Datenbanken und Cloud-Infrastruktur.
Ich entwickle KI-Funktionen für konkrete Anwendungsfälle. Dazu gehören LLM-Anwendungen, RAG, strukturierte Datenextraktion, semantische Suche, Workflow-Automatisierung und Machine-Learning-Systeme.
Mein Ziel ist nicht, KI nur als sichtbares Feature einzubauen. Ich setze KI dort ein, wo sie Geschwindigkeit, Qualität, Entscheidungen oder den Zugang zu Informationen verbessern kann.

GTM Engineering ermöglicht Revenue-Teams, mit besseren Daten, weniger manuellen Schritten und konsistenteren Prozessen zu arbeiten.
Ich entwickle Pipelines und Workflows, die Informationen zwischen Systemen bewegen, Rohdaten in operativen Kontext übersetzen und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt Aktionen auslösen.
Das Ziel ist, Fragmentierung zu reduzieren und Geschäftsprozesse verständlicher, effizienter und leichter steuerbar zu machen.
I am particularly effective when a problem sits between teams or does not have an obvious technical solution yet.
I start by understanding the process, the people involved, the available data and the constraints of the existing environment.
From there, I identify the highest-leverage intervention, build a useful first version and develop it into a system that can be operated and maintained.
I am comfortable moving between technical architecture, implementation, product decisions and business conversations. This allows me to preserve context throughout the complete development process.
Besonders effektiv bin ich bei Problemen, die zwischen verschiedenen Teams liegen oder für die es noch keine eindeutige technische Lösung gibt.
Zunächst analysiere ich den Prozess, die beteiligten Personen, die verfügbaren Daten und die Einschränkungen der bestehenden Umgebung.
Anschließend identifiziere ich den wirkungsvollsten Ansatz, entwickle eine erste nutzbare Version und baue daraus ein System, das zuverlässig betrieben und weiterentwickelt werden kann.
Ich bewege mich sicher zwischen technischer Architektur, Implementierung, Produktentscheidungen und geschäftlichen Gesprächen. Dadurch bleibt der ursprüngliche Kontext während des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses erhalten.
PROFILE / FULL CONTEXT
I am an Italian-Brazilian engineer working across software, artificial intelligence, data and go-to-market systems.
My background began in Control and Automation Engineering, a field centered on understanding complex systems, their inputs, their behavior and how they can be controlled. That way of thinking still influences how I approach software and business problems today.
Over time, my work expanded across machine learning, full-stack development, CRM, analytics and operational automation. Instead of treating these as isolated disciplines, I use them as parts of the same engineering process.
I may use Python to build a data or AI service, TypeScript to develop an application, APIs to connect operational tools and CRM automation to put the result directly into a commercial workflow.
What matters is not the individual technology. What matters is whether the final system solves the original problem and continues to work outside the development environment.
I hold a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from UFMG, one of Brazil’s leading public universities.
I work professionally in Portuguese, English and Spanish. I am also developing my German proficiency.
As an Italian citizen, I have full working rights throughout the European Union.
Ich bin ein italienisch-brasilianischer Ingenieur und arbeite in den Bereichen Software, künstliche Intelligenz, Daten und Go-to-Market-Systeme.
Mein fachlicher Hintergrund liegt in der Regelungs- und Automatisierungstechnik. Dieses Gebiet beschäftigt sich mit komplexen Systemen, ihren Eingangssignalen, ihrem Verhalten und der Frage, wie sie gesteuert werden können. Diese Denkweise prägt bis heute meinen Umgang mit Software- und Geschäftsproblemen.
Im Laufe meiner beruflichen Entwicklung erweiterte sich mein Tätigkeitsbereich auf Machine Learning, Full-Stack-Entwicklung, CRM, Analytics und operative Automatisierung. Ich betrachte diese Disziplinen nicht als voneinander getrennte Bereiche, sondern als Bestandteile desselben Engineering-Prozesses.
So kann ich beispielsweise mit Python einen Daten- oder KI-Service entwickeln, mit TypeScript eine Anwendung umsetzen, über APIs operative Werkzeuge verbinden und das Ergebnis durch CRM-Automatisierung direkt in einen kommerziellen Prozess integrieren.
Entscheidend ist für mich nicht die einzelne Technologie. Entscheidend ist, ob das fertige System das ursprüngliche Problem löst und auch außerhalb der Entwicklungsumgebung zuverlässig funktioniert.
Ich habe Regelungs- und Automatisierungstechnik an der UFMG studiert, einer der führenden öffentlichen Universitäten Brasiliens.
Ich arbeite beruflich auf Portugiesisch, Englisch und Spanisch. Zusätzlich entwickle ich derzeit meine Deutschkenntnisse weiter.
Als italienischer Staatsbürger besitze ich die uneingeschränkte Arbeitserlaubnis innerhalb der Europäischen Union.
